ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS OF USE AGREEMENT

This Web site and all products and services offered in connection herewith are offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein ("Agreement"). Your use of this Web site constitutes acceptance of this Agreement. When you visit this Website or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on this site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

OnlyInn.com is a service and is provided by Open the Door, Inc., a Massachusetts corporation. ("Open the Door").

Open the Door reserves the right to make changes, additions and/or modifications to the Agreement from time to time. Your continued access to and use of the Open the Door service indicates your acceptance of changes in the terms and conditions of the Agreement.

PURCHASE TERMS;

Open the Door provides this site to assist a user in obtaining reservations to a variety of accommodations throughout the United States. The reservations are issued directly by the accommodations themselves.

Prices for reservations offered by OnlyInns.com are in U.S. Dollars, and the exchange rate applied to purchases made in other currencies shall be as determined by the User's credit card processing service. Open the Door disclaims all responsibility with respect to the exchange rate applied to any such transactions.

Open the Door makes no representations or warranties with respect to the accommodations and all such warranties are specifically disclaimed by Open the Door. Your decision to make reservations for a particular accommodation depends solely on information you obtained independently of Open the Door, including information obtained from the accommodation itself or your travel agent/tour operator.

Open the Door will not be responsible for any mis-bookings, mistaken bookings or unauthorized bookings made by any travel agent or tour operator. Open the Door will not be responsible for any representation or information provided by a travel agent or tour operator. Travel agents and tour operators are not agents or representatives of Open the Door and may not bind Open the Door in any manner.

Open the Door is not responsible for any terms and conditions imposed by the accommodation, any changes in the accommodation, any changes in hours or availability of the accommodation, any discontinuation of the operation of the accommodation, any misrepresentation by the accommodation, any inaccurate or false information provided by or about the accommodation, any injury or damage caused by the accommodation, or any other action of the accommodation, or of any acts of God or other acts outside the control of Open the Door.

User is solely responsible for determining the appropriateness of the accommodation. In event the accommodation elects not to honor a reservation, or in the event of any dissatisfaction whatsoever with the accommodation, the user's sole recourse will be against the accommodation and not Open the Door. Neither Open the Door nor the accommodation are authorized agents of the other and neither may bind the other to any representation or action. Open the Door does not verify any information represented by an accommodation and does not make any representation, expressed or implied, as to the quality, safety, or appropriateness of any given accommodation.

The services provided at this web site are provided at Open the Door's sole discretion and Open the Door reserves the right to change or delete any or all of the services provided at any time. Open the Door does not guaranty continuous or secure access to, and you the user hereby releases Open the Door from any and all liability for any and all consequences (foreseen or unforeseen) arising from inability to provide continuous access to this site.

LICENSE AND SITE ACCESS

Open the Door grants you a limited license to access and make personal use of this site and not to download (other than page caching) or modify it, or any portion of it, except with express written consent of Open the Door. 1. Designated Agent. The OnlyInn.com designated agent to receive notifications of claimed copyright infringement is: 374 Marlborough Street, Boston, MA 02115, Attention: Copyright Matters.

2. Notice of Claimed Infringement. All notices of claimed copyright infringement must be in writing and sent to the SuperAttractions.com designated agent. The Notice of claimed infringement MUST contain the following pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act:

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Massachusetts, USA. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Suffolk County, Massachusetts, USA, in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of this Web site. Use of this Web site is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including, without limitation, this paragraph.

You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and Open the Door as a result of this agreement or use of this Web site.

Open the Door's performance of this agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in this Agreement is in derogation of Open the Door's right to comply with law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of this Web site or information provided to or gathered by Open the Door with respect to such use.

If any part of this Agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect.
